Since the new people took over the running of the fish shop the quality has been consistently high. The fish are well cooked or to how you would like them to be and there is always a generous offering of chips. I find the staff very helpful and friendly. Yes it can be difficult parking sometimes but don't let that put you off. I have tried all the fish shops around and in my opinion they are the best now Phil.

Both Wendy server and Shannon the chef are efficient, chats to all the customers, friendly & serves with a smile. The food is delicious too. My family won't go anywhere else for our fish & chips !!!

Best fish and chips around. Go every Friday for about 10 people, won’t go anywhere else. Great service. The middle aged woman can be a bit temperamental though. lol Since changed hands and is no longer my go too fish shop.

The new owners Shannon and assistant have taken this fish shop to a whole new level. I have been several times now and the fish and batter is the best I have ever tasted. You get what you pay for and this is exceptional value for the quality. I would love to know how they make the batter so crispy and tasty and have also noted no bi carb aftertaste . Can't believe some of the negative comments. This fish shop is way way above any other shop. Good luck Shannon and Wendy .

Fantastic fish and chips, food is fresh and cooked to perfection, lovely clean premisses and inviting. Wendy and Shannon are amazing, friendly, and welcoming, always chats to you and thats great. Service exceptional. Would only ever use Beacon road fisheries, plus they deliver which is fabulous.
